Terms and Conditions
Please read the below terms and conditions along with the privacy policy and sign below.

  • Boarding will be charged daily including arrival and departure days.

  • All days booked will be charged regardless of late drop of or early collection.

  • Cats must only be dropped of or collected in the specified opening times. *If you are unable to make the specified times please contact prior to arrange a different time*

  • Full boarding fees are payable on collection of your cat.

  • We require 7 days’ notice of cancellation, otherwise 50% of the boarding fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days or failure to show will result in a 100% charge being due.

  • Bookings over 14 days in peak seasons (May to October and Christmas Period) theres a £30 none refundable deposit (single cats) and a £50 none refundable deposit (for double cats). This is due 4 weeks before your booking. If booking is made within 4 weeks it is due within 24 hours. Failure to pay the deposit will mean the booking is void.
    If cancelled within 7 days, same applies as above (minus the deposit paid)
    *Deposits due Via cash, cheque or online bank transfer*

  • The daily prices include food - unless a specific diet is required i.e prescription food, in which the owner must provide the food and required amounts must be clearly marked on the bag.

  • Payment is via cash or cheque only

  • Only cats from the same family may share a pen. If you do not wish for them to share you will be charged as two single cats.

  • Cats must be transported in a secure carry case.

  • We require an emergency contact that must be able to come and collect the cat if required.

  • Cats must be vaccinated against Cat Flu and Feline Infectious Enteritis.

  • An up to date vaccination card must be shown on arrival or cats will not be permitted into the cattery.

  • Where a full course of vaccinations is required, these must be completed within 7 days of your cats stay.

  • Cats must be treated for fleas 48 hours before arrival if not on a course of flea treatment.

  • Whilst every care and precaution is taken with every cat boarded at Beechwood Cattery, the proprietor or staff cannot be held responsible for any illness, disease or death that may occur during boarding.

  • Any treatment required whilst boarding with Beechwood Cattery must be paid by the owner on collection of the cat or directly through the vet prior to collecting your cat.

  • Where required, in cases of emergency in which the owner can not be contacted you agree to accept the decision of your Vet or a vet selected by us regarding treatment or surgery.

  • By signing this form you are allowing your registered vet to pass information on regarding your cat’s previous health issues.  



Privacy Policy

  • We protect your personal data in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR requires data controllers such as ourselves (Beechwood Cattery) to document our lawful basis for processing personal data. It also gives you rights over how we do this.

  • Beechwood Cattery is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that we will only use this information in accordance with the policy.

  • We may obtain your personal data via telephone calls, forms, emails or Facebook. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but we do require information from yourselves in order to make a cattery booking.


What information do we collect?

We may collect the following information form you in order to provide the service you require

  • Name/Address/Email Address/Contact Numbers/Emergency Contact names and number.

  • When booking via email the return email address is used to contact the client – this information is used purely for enquiries sand Beechwood Cattery will not share any information with any third party.


What do we do with the information we gather?

We require information for Beechwood Cattery to provide the best service that we can, and for the following reasons:

  • Internal Record Keeping for booking you into the system

  • To contact you or your emergency contact should the need arise.

  • We may occasionally send letters or emails regarding any changes or updates which are to be made which we think will be beneficial to yourselves.

  • Where applicable tracing debtors and debt recovery.


Individual Rights

  • The GDPR gives you rights on whether we can keep your information or discard of this, we are happy to discuss this in person if you wish for us not to keep your information.

  • We shall not share, sell or distribute your information to any third parties unless we gave your permission or are required to by law.

  • We will hold your information if you are a customer with Beechwood Cattery. Should you cease to use our services it will be deleted from the customer database within two years of your last visit and any paperwork will be redacted.

Beechwood Cattery will not be held liable for any events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information. It is your responsibility to keep your personal information secure.


Requesting your information.
